Kitties! Proof of my sad life. Squeezed against my mommy and NO ROOM!

Kitties! Mom has been in a predicament for years now- but it's getting worse. What? My laying my 14# body across her face...blocking air...taking one side of her pillow she's trying to use. I know mom just can't sleep that way. After a few minutes, she has to ask me to move and assist with that by gently pushing me off. I come back. Last night she was forced up out of the bed into the living room to try to sleep in the recliner which is uncomfortable and won't recline all the way. That's twice in a month now. I will come in with her and get on her chest or stomach, and that makes her uncomfortable breathing.
Many will say, "shut the door". Mom can't. She knows I won't understand and I'll cry and go on until it opens again. The noise will keep her from sleeping and, even more...she'll feel too badly for me to keep that up. She knows I do it because I love her so much. *I* know she puts up with it as much as possible because she loves me too. But she says she's about to go rent a room every night so she can sleep. (then she'd suffer knowing I wouldn't understand, and that I'd suffer with her gone, even if she could do that).
She'd rather this than me not be here. That's for certain. But she'd love to get comfortable and be able to move around a little which she hasn't been able to do since I came home back in January 2012 because I am relaxed on her chest or belly.
Brother sent me a few more memes...Made me meow!
Kitties! Here I am, practicing my regal look. All of us cats have it. I just wanted to show mine off today. Mom walks around in awe of me when I strike this pose and when I ask for something, I always get it (well, I do anyway, but you get my point, kitties). I'm wearing my monocle too. So, make sure your underwear isn't showing. I'm doing Cat in my Head Selfie today!

| I have my best "I'm the ONE" look on. |
However, next, here I am looking ferocious...right?
Kitties...yesterday mom looked over to the couch just in time. Mom was squeeeeing all over the place. Eyes sealed shut and wee pink tongue out.
Mom wishes me a Happy Gotcha Day, Kitties.
I am so happy to have been adopted back on January 16th, 2012. Mom and I have told that story so many times she decided not to tell it again..the details we mean.
Mom and I do want to say again, however, that the first 24 hours were me frantically, desperately trying to be held every minute of every hour from waking to bedtime. Mom could not sit down even for an instant that I wasn't immediately up and straight to her with head bumps, and body rubs all over her legs as she stood still after getting up. And looking beseechingy into her face, Seriously. I needed her contact as though she was the air I breathed. I was that way in the Vet's office when she met me. I got under her clothes and purred like a car engine. Already said Mom wasn't looking for a kitty She was there to get Admiral's things. All the babies back in that room were desperate for a family. They ALL wove around the tech's feet-- and mom's too. I was in mom's arms, so I warned the other poor babies off.
Mom said to this moment in time, she feels badly for the other four babies back there. One was, as Mom and I mentioned before, a dead ringer for Admiral. But taking that little one home would have naturally made Mom tend to look for the Admiral in that little girl. That would be hard on mom.

Here is my thought for the day. Though no one has asked for my paw...I hope if they do, this is what it will be like.
Kitties! It's Selfie Sunday and I am going to join Cat on My Head today with all my furriends.
I am so grateful for having brothers. They are helpful in every way and they know Ladycats are special. (well, so are Mancats, I say)! My Mom noticed these notes I made that I had my brother post in the cabinets and on my furniture before he left on Dec. 29th. They are much needed fair demands made to Mom. She was occasionally getting slip-shod. Now that one about feeding me...I in no way made THAT one. I think my brother did that! It was a little bit disrespectful of me comparing me to PacMan. I don't eat quite like that. Well, only in the morning.
Here they are.

Mommy says it every year, January...brand new year to do (or not), something. Turn around and it's the 4th of July. Blink twice and it's Christmas...almost another New Year. Get up in the meowning...seems like an hour and you're getting back into bed for the night. Now that's human. Kitties are in bed all the time.

| The BEST part is sticking out, Mom says. |
Mom can't get enough of my paws.
Mom said she's in a hurry to get out of the house while the sun is actually shining. So, I'm leaving you with the sight of a luscious paw. And a thought...
Kitties I had the best New Years' Eve date I have ever had with Kozmo, and we have had many dates!! What a time! He took me to Las Vegas! Can you believe it? Here was the invitation I got from him.
I was just over the moon with excitement! So grand and formal. He and I always have the best of times but last night's date was just the grandest! We were swept up in the excitement and meeting the Blue Men Group, too. They took us to the Fireworks display and kept us safe.
Our room was huge, and we had the zoomies bunches of times. You can see I was completely give out after the last zoomie times. We chased each other all OVER the room...round and round. There were drapes to climb too!
