Kitties! Brovver came home here finally after a long absence and I was so glad to see him that when he sat on his bed, I jumped up and forced him to lie back, and I got on his chest. I stayed a good half an hour. I was so happy to see him. I've pretty much stayed where he is and I bet tonight when mom goes to bed, I'll stay up with him till he goes. Brovver has surgery tomorrow, and mom always stays there while all that goes on and brings him home to stay here and recuperate. I wish I had my nurse's uniform. Only Admiral kept hers. I need one. Mom is too techie- dumb to know how to make one for me. Meanwhile, he'll know it's me, so I won't worry too much.
Mom is going to put on an eye mask tonight for bed. I bet I will be scared of that, wait and see! Too much ambient light when brovver is here, because she can't close the bedroom door since I need to come and go constantly. After he goes on into his bedroom, all is well but till then..mom said she could at least try to read a newspaper in there.
Mom wants to change my (and hers) header picture, but she's skeert to. It'll be all smashed up to the left side and missing most of it. Guess I am going to have to look at this one for ever.
I had chicken tonight and brovver did too, And mashed taters, gravy and carrots.

Katie, if your header gets all squishy, let us know. Our Mom can help your Mom with that (between sanding and painting). Send us an email.

Katie, you will be an excellent nurse when Brovver comes home from the hospital. You are giving him plenty of pampering by lying on his chest and staying on the bed with him at home. Hope your mom did get some sleep because staying awake sitting in a hospital is no fun. We certainly have our Paws crossed that all goes well and everyone comes home safely. And by the way your header is so pretty I would not worry about changing it anyway.
