Kitties, if it isn't one complaint it's another.
So last night as I laid there in a catloaf exactly and precisely next to her head, my right foot accidentally slipped into her ear. I kept my claws tightly up into my paw, and she admitted my footie was as soft as eiderdown. So, the problem is what, Mom?
After a few minutes I withdrew it to tuck it back under me in my sleeping loaf position, but it slipped out and headed straight into the ear well again. No claws mind, and warm and soft. The added benefit of my snoring into said fur stuffed ear sealed the deal I would have thought. But no. Where's the gratitude? Where's the love? She turned her HEAD! My footie slid out and I was forced to tuck it back under me again.
I may have to reconsider my gifts. She said she sleeps less soundly since I have joined her at night by roosting on her pillow smack up against her head. And yet, she says it is so sweet to hear the purring right against her head. Make up your MIND, Woman.

Whiskers and teefs
Kitties, I sure like to tickle mom with my whiskers in the night. I know she loves it. Right Mom? And a nice wet nosey to the ear is the topper!
Look who mommy saw this morning at the civic center track. A 13 year old ginger girl in a HARNESS and lead! And her woofie brofur Smokey.
Her mom said that the harness stole Mitzi's bones though so she carried her when walking.
There were all three resting on a bench and mom asked permission to take pictures. Not of the mom but her shoes are showing there.
Mitzi came straight to mommy as she knelt to adore her in her pink harness. Mom had to remember her manners and include Smoky but she kept petting sweet Mitzi. Her mom was readying to drive to Texas...Ft. Worth she said. Said she'd sold her house and was living in a motel till she felt like driving that distance. A bit under the weather she stated.
Here is the tulip and another that mommy took a picture of. The pink one was suitable for me to hop into. Heeeee.

GOOD GRIEF MOM!
Is there no end???? When did the earth tilt on its axis? Good grief!!! Sheesh, Mom. First Ringo...now Greta. 5 months old and all 26 pounds of her! Man....
I hear you say you can't control who takes a walk up there where you do, but do you have to stop and exchange pleasantries? I happen to KNOW via an ebil squirrel who tattled that you walked at least twice around with....RINGO and his Dad yesterday. Now Greta!

Is Everybody READY?
The Bacon Harvest is this Saturday. I hope everyone is ready. *I* am. I hope we get to eat part of what we help harvest!
Meanwhile, I am parking right next to mom's ear every night just about--- but I have not put my snooter in there. Just next to it.
She didn't think I was awake when talking to my other favorite brovver in NC over the Mountains but I was. And Kitties, I heard him invite her there for a couple of weekends from now. That means I will be A-L-O-N-E!!!! I can't sleep alone, Kitties. I need her warmth, her ear, her scritchies, her brushies, extra treats, her lap, smoochies, petting...playing with Stringy! She doesn't talk to me much but I do like to hear her voice when she does. How am I supposed to see my baby shows if she isn't here to turn them on? Who can I take Donkey and my Floppy Mousie to at night?
I won't have my regular sitter as she is very ill with intractable vertigo. The alternate said she is taking no business because she is expecting the arrival of her first grandchild in that time. Mom called and asked my Vet Tech Tiffany if she could sit for me and she agreed to do that. She is coming to do my manicure Tuesday, so mommy has my particulars ready for her and a spare key.
Kitties, I will be very lonely. Really.
pee ess...a reminder that I have a Rainbow Page here on my bloggie. I don't forget my friends and I put them where we can all visit and love them whenever we want to when I make room on the sidebar for other sweet babies who have flown away. Those babies are in their own page.
