Meanwhile, I am parking right next to mom's ear every night just about--- but I have not put my snooter in there. Just next to it.
She didn't think I was awake when talking to my other favorite brovver in NC over the Mountains but I was. And Kitties, I heard him invite her there for a couple of weekends from now. That means I will be A-L-O-N-E!!!! I can't sleep alone, Kitties. I need her warmth, her ear, her scritchies, her brushies, extra treats, her lap, smoochies, petting...playing with Stringy! She doesn't talk to me much but I do like to hear her voice when she does. How am I supposed to see my baby shows if she isn't here to turn them on? Who can I take Donkey and my Floppy Mousie to at night?
I won't have my regular sitter as she is very ill with intractable vertigo. The alternate said she is taking no business because she is expecting the arrival of her first grandchild in that time. Mom called and asked my Vet Tech Tiffany if she could sit for me and she agreed to do that. She is coming to do my manicure Tuesday, so mommy has my particulars ready for her and a spare key.
Kitties, I will be very lonely. Really.
pee ess...a reminder that I have a Rainbow Page here on my bloggie. I don't forget my friends and I put them where we can all visit and love them whenever we want to when I make room on the sidebar for other sweet babies who have flown away. Those babies are in their own page.

What a bummer, Katie! Usually I go out of town with my human, but every so often she has to leave me behind and I don't like it at all.
Katie, why don't you teleport over here and help Us continue to outwit Mummy? At the weekend, She has the BEST fuds because of Shabbat and whether She chooses chick-hen or trout (We believe it will be the latter this Shabbat), there are sure to be some tasty pickings in the trash-can. But We need extra help getting at it now...
Oh dear....well, you will have Miss Tiffany catering to your every whim so that's on the PLUS side...and when your Mom returns from her desertion of you she will feel so bad about it you'll get EXTRA hugs and stuff...that's also on the PLUS side. Maybe this isn't so bad after all?? I'll see you at the BACON BASH Saturday - YES INDEED we will be enjoying some of that harvest for ourselves with a big old bacon buffet!! WHEEEEE!

Well Miss Katie, you have many offers to help entertain you that weekend! I can only throw my tuxie hat into the ring. I offer a simple plan of a tunnel trip to Wales and niptinis and smoochies and bara brith noms! After that we could repair to your place and have a trashing pawty as Wally and Ernie said!! Oh yes, we know first hand how kitties HATE it when their human parents go on a trip. However short...
Sometimes they punish us for abandoning them!
But we sure love them and it is oh so hard to juggle daily life around them or worse, without them.

oh sweet Katie. I so dislike when Mom L and Dad P are BOTH GONE! I never ever sleep with the sitter. TKS does of course but then she is a suck up as you know. I NEED Mom L's warm body to snuggle against and she helps me calm down if I have a bad dream which I do every now and then. I know just what you feel gal pal
