Look who mommy saw this morning at the civic center track. A 13 year old ginger girl in a HARNESS and lead! And her woofie brofur Smokey.
Her mom said that the harness stole Mitzi's bones though so she carried her when walking.
There were all three resting on a bench and mom asked permission to take pictures. Not of the mom but her shoes are showing there.
Mitzi came straight to mommy as she knelt to adore her in her pink harness. Mom had to remember her manners and include Smoky but she kept petting sweet Mitzi. Her mom was readying to drive to Texas...Ft. Worth she said. Said she'd sold her house and was living in a motel till she felt like driving that distance. A bit under the weather she stated.
Here is the tulip and another that mommy took a picture of. The pink one was suitable for me to hop into. Heeeee.

Lovely flowers. And a kitteh in a harness too. How pawsome is that ? We're having adventures all over the place.
Our mommy has not seen a kitty in harness out for a walk in person, she cannot wait to experience that.

Katie, the lady and I are always intrigued with ginger girls. It's so great that Mitzi goes out walking and that she's 13. We hope she and her family have a save drive to TX. We lived in that area for a few years.

Well, our eldest just turned 13 and Barty is right in my lap as I type this... His older brother by adoption wore a harness and he did so well! That's the only cat I've ever managed to have on a leash. He used to be an indoor cat until our best friends persuaded us to get a cat door. Sadly he died because of heart worm at the age of 3.5 years young. Our Vet had prescribed the wrong brand that took care of flees and ticks and NOT heart worm. Since than I've always ordered my own so I know it is the right combination. So sad for losing him for the wrong reasons.
Hope Mitzi's and Smokey's Mom will soon be able to make that long journey to Texas with her fur babies.

Tomorrow Grand Jury the entire day... Got the big dinner behind me on Monday evening and today the ladies for the garden tour on May 20th stopped by to see o ur garden. Did work out a lot of info for them...

It cracks me up when humans claim a harness stole their cat's bones. Hold a piece of chicken a couple of feet away from them while they're wearing a harness, and I just bet those bones would magically reappear! In any case, it sounds like your human had a nice visit with Mitzi and her family.
That Mitzi is a pretty orange furbaby, but not quite a pretty as you Miss Katie! Your mom's photo's are always stunning, and hte two different poses of hte tulip do not disappoint!
That IS the perfect tulip for you, KI. Hop in! Mitzi and Smokey are lucky to be going on a big road trip. When Mom and I move next month, we are only going 18 minutes away from where we are. Oh well. A road trip is a road trip.

Remember when Cinnamon was here and she went to work with Mommy, well another dog is there right now and Haily (its a boy dog) has stolen her heart!
