Mom has been busier than hen's teeth! Now *I* know how to keep it in the road, so I have been napping, doing a super job furring the couch. And I horked on the suede comforter she had folded into quarters and laid on our bed. Just for me. So I made use of it.
Boy you should have heard her all those weeks when she wss in such pain-- and I horked in 4-5 places and she had to clean it ALLLLLLL up. She moaned, and really made a big deal of trying to bend sufficiently to get all that up off the carpet. I also hit two throw rugs. Two days in a row. That meant they had to go into the washing machne. Twice.
I heard mom say she was fixing to get the lastest iteration of the iPhone. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ This one, the 8 that she has is making her mad for the last two years. It's the only one that ever has made her mad. She loved her 6S when she had it and hated to give it up after 4 years back then when she got the 8. She has regretted that since, she said.
Here's a re-run. Remember this? Pileated Woodpecker out there this Spring and me...I have my eye on him.

I hope your mom enjoys her new I Phone
Even though we have always had Macs, we don't have an iPhone, doubtless because of the €€€ involved.
Miss Katie, it sounds like you have made horking into an art form...

Katie, Lynn tells me that I am easy on the hairballs. Short soft furred grey onesie
means less clean up. Not that I enjoy the heaving too and fro. Maybe your mom can take
photos of the next furball with a new phone. Lynn has old Samsung and hates to think of
change. She's prehistoric thinker. Precious
Whew, that's a lot of horking, Katie. I sure hope you're okay. I drop a wad now and then, but usually it's mostly my furs, and I usually try to aim for the chair, the carpet, or whatever's nearby that's the most difficult to clean. Mom and dad have had simple cheap Samsungs for years, but dad got an iphone for work that's a version or two past, but he says he might be tempted to replace his personal one with an iphone after being spoiled with it. They are so ****** expensive, though...
You really have been busy sweet Katie! Yes, the iPhone 8 was awful and ours finally went in the trash too. I remember that cool woodpecker!
Cannot remember if I had an 8, but the version I have now is wonderful, and I'm lucky that it was supplied by the company I work for.
I'd rather have my Renn bring it up on something that is on the bedspread than do it on the bedspread itself. But he's been pretty good since his surgery. As for your mum, Katie, now that her pain is less, she undoubtedly feels like catching up on work that may have had to fall behind lately. I know the feeling.
Good job getting the rugs multiple times.
Katie, my mom has to get a new iPhone too. She has an 8 and the camera stopped working. Which is good for me because no more camera in my face! ~Ernie
My mum says iPhones are so expensive and really shouldn't be. She recently upgraded to 11.
Dearest Katie Isabella,
That is quite a report you give us here!
Hope you don't need to hork up as much...
Here with us it is Dido who has sometimes a problem, even days in a row.
But we as kitty Moms do what we can; running the washing machine to clean the down duvet and the cover (of course just changed...).
Life goes on and important is that the pain is gone!
Hugs,
Mariette
Katie Isabella you were trying your best (when horking) to make sure mom was getting some PT.....RIGHT?
I recently got the SEiPhone, 64 GB. It is the less expensive version of 10. I've got lots to learn. Our goal will be eventually to maybe cancel our landline ....BIG maybe
Hugs cecilia
Mom bean is sympathizing with your mom bean. All that hork! I did a hork last night down on the new flooring in the basement. Mom bean says she is soooo glad she went with the LVP (luxury vinyl planking). It makes clean-up so easy.
Enjoy your naps! You'll have to keep one eye open for Woody. MOL!
Once I yakked in the toy basket. Took my mom a bit of time to find it!

Oh my Katie that's a lot of horking ... I'm so glad your mom is better now! I remember that woodpecker and we've seen some piliateds here too in the past.

Well Katie think of it this way - all that horking kept your Mom MOVING through her discomfort - maybe it even helped make it better????? Now that she is feeling better thanks to her P.T. you can stop with the horking and concentrate on keeping Woody in your sights!!!
Hugs, Teddy
We are happy you're keeping busy, KI, but Wish it were with something other than torturing your mama with hork to clean up. Maybe try napping or licking furs on your chair and blanket instead.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
A new phone is always exciting and often frustrating, well for me it is..........
