Kitties, I stay on patrol most of my waking time. I go from window to window following introoders and passersby across the street. I also inspect for a living, and I found to my interest that mom scraped the last of my breakfast into a plastic baggie She laid it next to the coffee pot as it could not be seen there but I smelled it and went over. She took it up to keep me off the counter (heeee...good one!)
Mom will head out in a bit and get the 1 extra bag of dry food she meant to get when she was in the pet supply store the other day. That's in case she gets a sickie and someone else has to feed me. She has extra canned feasts too. No one else knows what I prefer.
Mom said she liked to have fell over when she went into the store for a pkg. of chick-hen and some eggies too. She didn't even get a cart as she needed so little. I told her N-O-T to go into it all that here. This is my blog. Just because she types doesn't mean she can say what she wants as well. You gotta blog Mom. Use it.
Here's one of mom's daffy's. You can see that of course it was raining. She hasn't had a March/ April when it didn't rain every day that she could get a picture of a dry plant. (or about any other month either!)
Quit it mom. Knock off YOUR complaints. This is for mine.

We hope our humans can see the beauty of spring over the fear of going out.

Wow, the nerve of her, taking up YOUR space.
But Katie, the daffodil is very pretty, but where is the photo of you???
WOW, that daffy is almost as pretty as you sweet Katie!
Good of your mum to get the other food for you.
The daffodil is very pretty.
Soon, there will be more flowers out!
We look forward to that as it is still pretty cool here.

Dearest Katie Isabella,
Well, you're still an active girl kitty and that is good!
Sure you can sniff things that were laid on the counter... humans forget at times.
Enjoy the daffo from the inside looking out...
Hugs,
Mariette
Sigh! We had SNOW again yesterday, but the daffydillies and the tulips are coming u (it ill be quite a while until they bloom) but the trees in the backyard are budding! Mom says Spring will be popping out all over soon! Kozmo wants to know if that Ginger Cat is still bothering you Katie and should he come and put the run on him! Leave your tunnel open and send the secret signal and he will be there soonest!

You are such a good watch cat, Katie. Nothing and no one will get by you. :)
Katie san, you are a very good kitty watching over the neighborhood. No introoders shall pass through your door :-)
Your mom’s daffodils is beautiful! Have a wonderful new week, Katie san xo
You are such a good watch cat we might make you an honorary dog.
It's tough thinking about what may happen if a human becomes ill - our cats can be so finicky in their food habits. But I'm sure you're much more co-operative than mine, Katie.
I can't see the street from ANY of my windows so I'm stuck with patrolling the back patio.
Katie I do some patrolling but not much action to keep an eye on around here so I get extra nap time. Lucky me. We have two visiting kitties but they only are around in early morning and the rest of the day is MINE ALL MINE. Keep up the good work making sure things are as they should be at your house Katie - it's what we do best!
Hugs, Teddy
Territorial stability is everything to a cat..Your territory must be
a place where you can feel safe and in control Katie..For you, that
means keeping things the same as much as possible..When Mum makes a
change in your home, tell her to make it slowly and mindfully...! :).
And..Cats are more territorial than dogs by nature, and they can also
be more solitary...Though..with ALL the followers you have Katie..I
don't think that applies to you...Bless!x
Katie Isabella the work of a devoted Tuxie is never ending. Of course you need more food you are a busy girl
Hugs healthy wishes for all,
Cecilia
You are such a busy girl. Beautiful daffodil. XO
Gotta make sure your human help is in tip-top shape, Katie! She must be ready to tend to your needs at all times!
Beautiful flower, Katie. Just like you! :-)
I think that daffy is gorgeous - rain and all! I hope your mom appreciates how diligent you are about guarding the house. My mom is not as grateful as she should be for my efforts.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
You are alway patrolling and doing such a great job.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. love to see what you see. Helen, Darcy, Bingley, Fred X
That's a beautiful daffodil, Katie. Now go and guard it real good, which you do, I know how it feels when the introoders take over💚Pawkisses for a Happy St. Patrick's Day🐾😽💞
Pretty daffodil, Katie! These beans and their need to talk. Sheesh! Good work on the patrolling Katie.
Haha. I'd never thought about it that way ... but most of our cat blogs DO involve kitty complaints of various kinds. It's so hard to find good, non-complaining, help these days!
A kitty's work is never done!
Mommies don't always take dictation very well. They are notoriously difficult to train.

Patrolling is darn important, Katie. How dare your mommy talk about her stuff on YOUR bloggie!
The Daff O'Dill is furry purrty, Katie - almost as purrty as you.
We prefurr snoozong to patrolling - but lately, We have been furry busy on Our anti-virus patrol. SOMEONE has to take care of Mummy, after all, to make sure She doesn't get sick.
Leo says: In our house, the girls do most of the patrolling. I will check it out if it's interesting. Or if it's a substitute postman... those guys need a hissing as only I can do. The regular guy is fine, but those subs! Not on MY watch!
If you need a break from patrolling, I'll come over and bring a sister, she can patrol for you for a while so you and I can have a little snacky and snuggly time, ok? purrrrrr
Dad is holding off going out till he has a good list and hopes everything is available. Love that Daffy
