Kitties, Mom headed out again to do a hot sweaty walkie. When she came home...this gruesome scene greeted her. I meant to get rid of the body, the evidence showing what happened before she got home but...she got in the door before I was ready.
I dedded Pink Heart. I drowned the bounder in my bowl of water in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the splashed water from the struggle that ensued shows on the floor never mind the dedded body of Pink Heart! AND some of my furs are lying there too. DNA evidence. You can see the water plain as can be. I may need an attorney. Even though I am one, only a fool acts as her own attorney.
Maybe mommy won't turn me in. I think though that Pink Heart may be revived. Mom took him up and squeezed him in a towel to pump the water outta him. I'm waiting on the outcome.
Look who all came into our room last night! Quite a crowd!
Red heart Mousie, Floppy Mousie, Donkey, Turtle, and my sushi!

Katie, honestly, this is too cute and adorable to be illegal!
Oh my! Quite the battle scene!
Katie you are the heroine to all cats all over the world.
WELL DONE MY little Tuxie friend
Hugs Cecilia
We think Not Me did it!! Your stash of toys at night is impurressive.

You had a busy night! And we bet that pink heart will be revived in no time.
Well you know, moms are really helpful sometimes. I bet she can fix this too.

What did the heart do?
Emma and Buster
You have to treat this sneaky things in a way to show them that the cat rules Katie. Good work
Pink Heart must have done something terrible for you to drown him! I am sure your mom will be able to resuscitate him though.
Hey, ya gotta do something while the Mom is away!
Dearest Katie Isabella,
So happy that your Mom arrived home in time for reviving your Pink Heart!
Yes, it was hot and sweaty, we both biked and went straight into the shower afterwards and into dry clothes.
Hugs,
Mariette
I think you were just showing your om you love her like sending a Valentine. XO
Katie, that wasn't you, it was...IVAN, the NOTORIOUS TOY DUNKER. The black fur proves it! We practically have more toys drying in the pantry than we do in our baskets thanks to him. Your mom needs to know this right away.
Katie, I agree with the last comment....you are being framed! Be careful and I know your mamma will help. Deedlebug
Goodness Katie, there does seem to be a preponderance of evidence against you. But maybe, just maybe you can convince the mom bean that is was the ghost of Admiral? 'Cuz you just never know, right?
On the other hand, you are such a character, we won't be surprised if the mom bean furgives you your transgression. MOL!
That's quite a collection of toys, makes up for one drowned pink heart I'm sure. ;)
Leo says: Katie! Mom is finally trying to comment again and I get to say hi to you! Hi hi hi hi! Since she's not home, want to pop over and we can camp out on her bed in comfort and snuggle? I miss you! (so does mom)
Well done, Katie! I think everything is going to be okay. We watch a lot of reality crime shows, and we're pretty sure that heart is going to make a full recovery!
Katie! You should NEVER leave evidence like that around but I'm sure it was a spur of the moment decision to drown your pink heart after a bit of a struggle and for all Mommy knows your furs and the water left were caused by your OWN attempt at pumping the water out of poor pink heart who OBVIOUSLY tried to commit pinkacide in your water bowl. Hopefully your Mommy's second attempt worked and pink heart will live(to be dunked again).
Hugs, Teddy
The evidence is pretty strong against you, Katie. If Pink Heart survives, I think the charges may be reduced.
Oh, sweet Katie don't fret we would bet that your Mom arrived just in time to revive and save pink heart. You have a lot of nice support there so hang in all will be well. Hugs and nose kisses
LOL you deaded the pink heart really well! I hope he gets revived so that you can dead him again. Though, he may testify against you. But you know what...Goro drowns his toys all the time right in front of me and he never gets charged :-)
Quite a selection!
Sounds like your mama made it home just in time to do CPR on Pink Heart. It's so sad to see a young toy go that way. Hopefully, he's been revived and/or thrown into the dryer.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Oops! You were caught wet-pawed with the body.
LOL- You have just a bit of naughty in you, don't you?! lol Love your bedtime entourage! xo Diana
You are so sweet, Katie Isabella. Well, except for pink heart. Bear used to drop toys in his water bowl so he could bat them out ... which wasn't a big deal until he dumped his fishy with an electronic squeaker in there. Once that got soaked, it chirped for over a week constantly. And as soon as he dried and stopped chirping, he ended up back in Bear's water bowl!!! I think that was the chirper's last hurrah.

We are sure that you had a good reason for drowning Pink Heart. Possibly self defence. Do not say anything before consulting with a cattorney.
We would be happy to represent you.
Oh, just tell your Mom that you gave Pink Heart a bath!
