Admiral

Mom and I...we are thinking of the Admiral.  I never knew her personally but I hear of her all the time while mom speaks of her on the phone.  Several more of her furriends have flown away to join her and so we, mom and me, began thinking of the Admiral.

We would like to post a picture of her.  One of Mom's favorites.  She was in her rocking chair with her dolly and her teddy.  She spent a lot of time there in the  later afternoons when the sun shone on her.

Love to Minchie's mommy, Merci's mom,  Gracie's mom and dad, Miss Itty's (Sunny) mom and Dad, Mamacita's mom and dad and Simba's mom and dad.  Angel Batman's Mommy and furblings.  Mom said she will be out there on the deck looking for their stars tonight and looking for Admiral's as well.

We remember Admiral. She was a very special kitty. We know that she welcomed all of our dearly departed furiends to the Bridge with opened paws.

Thank you, dear friend, for looking for Sunny's star along with so many others lately. Thank you, also, for your kinds words over our loss of sweet Sunny. We very much appreciate them, take comfort with them, and know that Sunny's spirit does as well.

Aww, there she is again! My darling girl and first blogosphere love. Such a wonderful Lady Cat. Yes, there have been a lot of kitties running off to the bridge . . . though we know that is all part of the circle of life, it still causes a ripple in the force, we think. They are all still part of the great fabric of the Universe though, and by and by, we will all join them when it is Our Time. Sigh. Cream....midnight? UTB? How's 2 a.m.?

So many losses... Sad. Admiral will guide them and guard their families. Such a fancy, beautiful kitty. Big shoes to fill. You fill them well, KI.

The Admiral looks wonderful in her chair with her toys; she was such a beautiful little creature. I remember when I first heard of her, I thought hers the most original name for a cat I’d encountered - which is saying something! Such comfort and gladness you animal friends give us humans; we can never re-pay it, as hard as we may try. God bless you, Admiral Hestorb.

Dearest Katie Isabella,
Yes, our fur babies that are no longer with us are missed and remembered by very special and meaningful photos. Often I say they are cat/human as they can sense and understand so much. Love Admiral in her sunny spot in her rocking chair. Completely happy and feeling loved.
Hugs,
Mariette

We remember the Admiral so well. And so many of our friends, even of our family, have moved on to be with her. We love you, Katie, so no offense intended to you, but we miss all of them! Each one is special.
