She turned and went to the bed and took MY pillow from the other side and used it! I came to bed then, and saw what she had done. I stood there in the empty space that had contained MY pillow and looked at her steadily. She got the message and threw back the covers, climbed down and went over to get HER knee pillow and put MY pillow back where it belonged. Of course I was all put out about it. She grumbled she didn't care to get up after getting settled in and covered. Hey, it's my home! I do as I please.

It is only right she give you back your pillow. I guess she needs to get another knee pillow because you may want to go back and forth during the night and shouldn't have to be inconvenienced. XO

You look so cute and comfy on your mom's knee pillow! Of course you can use her pillow but she shouldn't take yours. That's the rule humans must observe. Everyone knows that, right? :-)

Katie, lately mes been taking some hints from yous about how to keeps my Mommy up at night.
But mes does NOT has my own pillow, mes prefers to bes an under-the-covers kitty!
Last night mes combed my Mommy's hair with my claws to wakes her up, then mes (Loudly) yacked into her slippers!
Then just as she went to sleeps, mes opened the bedroom door so the light shined in and went downstairs where our roommate was watching TV because he could not sleeps and cuddled with him until my purrs lulled him to tiredness and he went to his bed.
Then mes came back into my bedroom and clawed at the covers until Mommy waked up enough to lets mes under them.
Then me awakened her one half hour before the alarm was to goes off because mes had eated all the foods in my dish and wanted more.
Such is the life of a diligent kitty!

It's not your fault she did things the wrong way when she was going to bed. She needed to figure out the right way and still not disturb you... like, is it all that hard?
Gosh Katie - that knee pillow bed looks VERY COMFY - even though your Mom stole your personal bed pillow, the knee pillow wasn't a bad deal for you was it????

Now and then, Moms forget how important our routines are. Moving a pillow could throw a kitty or a doggie into a total tailspin. Ditto moving a doggie's food bowl because boxes are being packed in the kitchen. PUT IT BACK!!
