Caturday
Kitties, Another Opossum was captured last night. They too climb up stuffs for fuds but the wildlife man said he felt the raccoon we caught was the culprit really. Here is a view of the deck so you can see that it is high up. Ours is a one story home so you can tell we are on a downhill slant. (The house's foundation, not us MOL) You will see mommy's tomato plant reaching over the rail and the "flying saucer" hummingbird feeder. It's short and flat and holds a cup of nectar per refill. Easy to clean. Hummers love it.
Mom said to also include a normal toward end-of-summer look at our woods. Yesterday you saw a Fall picture when the leaves were turning. You can also see why we have so many wild critters here. Deer, black bears, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, possums of course, and all the regular assorted critters everyone has.
Mommy got the Ruby Throated Hummingbird pic here at the house near the feeder. Me, mom found me enjoying my sunpuddle again last evening. xoxo
Happy Caturday Kitties and Woofies.

Your deck looks very nice, Katie. And what a spectacular photo of the ruby throated hummingbird. Your Mommy is a tented photographer for sure.
Does the critter man think the opossums might be mammas?
Pee Ess: We guess the critter man would be able to tell if any of the critters is still nursing babies.
Your photos today Katie are extra nice. your mom always takes great pictures, but today's are extra special. I'm so happy you caught another critter. It probably wasn't the O'possum. We have one of those that sometimes visit too and he never bothers anything.
beautiful hummingbird !
hoping peace prevails there :)
You do have a lot of wildlife over at your place, don't you? That's nice, I think... really, really nice. purrs
The hummingbird is beautiful Miss Katie. Your deck is very high. I am hoping that you are not visited by any more critters in the night. xx
Being on the edge of woods like that, I would think you might have endless critters coming to visit! I only hope they are quiet and respectful visitors! Fun seeing the pictures, and sweet Katie enjoying the sun!!
Your dock looks really nice I can see wy Raccoons and Opossums like it :)
My mom LOVE the photon with the sunburst thruogh the trees <3
What beautiful home and surroundings, Miss Katie! You've landed in a pot of jam, haven't you? We trust the Critter Man has taken care of the pesky unwanted visitors, and hope that peace prevails.
The lovely red-throated hummingbirds need to sup unmolested.
WOW Katie, you got a very busy back yard!!!
Mommy absolutely loves pictures of woods and forests and stuff like that. And always has. I think it has to do with the fairies. They make things special. That's why kitty pictures are special, too. We all have our own fairies. Shhh. Just don't tell efurryone about that.
What a pretty bird. And Katie that sunbeam sure looks like a good one. It won't hurt to let those opossoms live in another neighborhood. Hope you all have a great week end.
Hi Katie san. It's good more critters are caught and sent to far away. That's a very beautiful bird and your deck looks great. I wish we have big deck like yours. Ours is quite tiny.
It's great you enjoyed your sunpuddle. You look pretty and shiny in the sun :-) I hope you have a very happy weekend!!
These are awesome photos... and that sun puddle looks awesome!
Sweet Katie, your back yard is beautiful especially with the sun beaming through. And the sunpuddle sure makes you shine, little girl.
That sure is a pretty little hummer, short supply where I am.
Uh oh, black bears too?
Kassey
e hope you don't get bothered by any more critters. It looks lovely where you live.
Nice sun puddle! just Katie sized! I can't believe you got a hummer picture of him sitting!
Beautiful views you have, no wonder you love bird tv so much!
Dat is such a pretty place! :)
You live in a pretty area Katie! Your deck is very nice. We're glad the critters are getting caught so they don't stress you out anymore. Your mom is very nice to go through all that trouble to make sure you are happy. She's a wonderful mom! :)
Happy Caturday to you too, Katie! You look very contented and very lovely with the sun shining through and on your fur. That is a great Hummingbird photo...lots of bokeh. If I am feeling very patient (not a common occurrence), I might try to get a hummingbird photo. I'll have to be very careful, because the feeder is right outside the patio door. The way the sun is nearly always behind the hummingbirds is another problem. The deck is quite imposing seen from below. Many was the time, while I was in the Navy, when I was on a "downhill slant" (sigh) :-) The woods behind your house a "lovely, dark and deep"! Well, I hope you don't have any ore problems with critters, but as other people indicated, you might, because of the woods.
Whoa! is that deck safe?? Those legs look awfully skinny—unlike TW's. Glad you're catching the critters what scared and riled you up.
Katie, we hope you and your hummer feeder isn't bothered by any more critters!!
Really love the Hummingbird photo, very beautiful bird & good capture.
WOW. Is that last photo really the view out your backyard?!?!? Can we move in???
That birdie is a tasty looking morsel!
We had a possum in the garage a couple winters ago. He ate Zolies food and pooped on the floor a lot before mom decided something was going on and discovered him. Mom & dad worked together with a big push broom and a hockey stick to shoo him out.
Well, opossums are evil too! It needs to go live sumwhere else! We hopes that you can start enjoying your window again without introoders. Beautiful view you have. Happy Sunday, sweet Katie.
Wow--that last picture is so beyootifuls! We can't 'majin living where there was all that nature, MOL! We has cement and asphalt ;-)
You are looking especially lovely today, my sweet. I am glad you had a good sunpuddle. It was gray and cold here today--not even a HINT of a sunpuddle.
Good grief! You wildlife is really wild!! Kudos, Katie xox
We would love to some and see your garden Katie - what fun it would be to climb those trees and play hide and seek.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
You are so lucky to live on the edge of such a beautiful wooded area!

Wow! We have those critters that live behind our house too. There's even a groundhog that hangs out just outside my fence!
The deck looks like a wonderful place to sun.
Oh yes, woods are lovely...
All the different sounds of nature, birds singing, wind blowing through the trees, trains blowing their whistle as they enter the tunnel...

Hello there beautiful. What a great deck. Is the deck door the one you sit in to catch some rays and soak up the sun?
I love possums. Such neat little personalities. I have to force myself not to put food out at night for them. It's hard because I used to but then I read that cat food isn't good for them.
