Just a Reminder

 Kitties!  All those view I wrote  last time about are not kitties and woofies or people.  There has to be some bot out there cruising the blogs and that is what is doing it.  It isn't real.  I would never have that many furriends, believe me.  I'm fortunate to have the ones who do come and see me.  :-) So, remember, I said that they weren't people I felt sure...just some mechanical thing.  

It's Monday and Mom is doing a good job of that moaning already!  She is getting herself dressed and all that.  Now me, I ran off to the grocery store for mom...I'm nice that way.  I'm NOT home and I didn't help with changing the sheets.  I was gone and not here to help with the dishes this morning.

Another Glorious Day

 Kitties!  Woofies!  Another coldish night...sorta...just a degree from the 40's.  50.  The heat came on during the night.  Mom noticed when she got up this morning.  

Mom and a  CB friend have noticed an inordinate number of views of my bloggie, and our friends blog quite frequently.   I made her go check and there were over 2000 views of the last blog I wrote. That seems to be happening a lot.  It can't be for a good reason.

My favorite brovver will be here on September 6, I think it is.  He said traffic is too bad to come on Labor Day so he will make it here the weekend following.  Too bad he doesn't have this flag to fly from his car~and if I could find it, it would be in my yard!!!

Here is a picture that brovver sent us last week. Six (6)  deer of the herd of  thirteen (13) who live in his decent sized back yard.  The deer are being run out of their own homes al over Charlotte because of constant development for homes and businesses.  Brovver doers not mind the deer.  They and he are old furriends.  He feels sorry for them.  He can't have anything much in the way of ornamental plants.  You know why! But it's not their fault.  

Here where Mom and I live, and we are on the edge of town next to a giant greenbelt/woods...plus the town was formed from a mountain area and filled with trees still...deer and many MANY other wild animals walk or run through all the time.  Up and down the streets too.  On the sidewalks pretty often. Mom sits on the deck and sees all manner of wild furriends. 

This was sent to Mom a few weeks ago!  One of the Klingon Hierarchy! Not Worf.

Kitties!  Mom here!   I am going to ALL the stores on-line brick and mortar as they like to say...etc.  I want a hooded litter box and one with a door opening NOT over 8 inches tall from the floor..   

Lo and Behold!  One, as I was reading the description, said it was for either sex, singly or several at a time.!!!!!!!!!!!  I have never, not ever, never read such a stupid thing in my life!!

Meanwhile I can't see worth a dime.

  Been to the specialist and my eyes were dilated VERY much, more than standard to they could go back and see the retina.  I feel like I'm in the sun even while I am here in the house hours later.  I'll go to bed like this.  My pupils look like Katie's!  

Here I am as Mom sneaked this photo of me half an hour ago.  Mom is so glad I finally FINALLY came out of the bedroom and out from UTB!  I'm in a sunpuddle!!!

Me and Mom

I Spiffed up...

 Kitties  I spiffed up for the occasion of finally writing, but I was a little sad to see me, Mom's bestest ever little girl looking so slender and a modified version of my used-to-be- chubby squeezalicious self.  Mom sees me as forever young though.  So beautiful and all family.

She took this right after I got my brushies and my methimizole.  I wouldn't smile and though the top of my monocle is cooperation, my whiskers are all pointed down.  Maybe next time,  I told mommy.

Another Day, another treat of catnip!

 Kitties!  

For the first time in my entire life with Mom, I fought  her about going to the Vet this morning. Mom was afraid I would be all bent out of shape when I returned but I wasn't.  Earsies and nails was the reason, but you'd think it was something awful! I'm spending a lot of time at the edge of the big bed too during the day.  Go figure! Under.  I know Mom posted one exactly like this a month or so ago but this was me yesterday  I promise.  All mom has to do is pull up right behind me and speak and I am right straight back out again.  She will come and get me all day long so we can cuddle in the chair.  I guess being older has caught up with me.  At night though, I am out in my new luxury hotel, usually sleeping on the roof terrace!  Or in bed with her,  parked on my pillow or hers.  I brought Donkey in with a huge announcement last night.

You may be wondering what about my old hidey hole you all saw a week ago... Well, three days ago I was standing half inside and half outside, and horked all over the floor  There is no removable pad, and you can't turn that one inside out so...Mom had to buy me a new one.  

Above is the one I ruined...and then,  my new enviable fabulous high dollar condo.  I can watch the clouds drift by as I lie on the roof top terrace.  This is the life.

 Mom, don't call me a ding dong!  Just because I asked again when it was right in from of me is neither here nor there!! 

Mom calls me her "wee girl" now. 

A great refuge from all the company we've had.
