Sheesh Mom!

Mom was up at the park burnin' up the pathways  this morning when she came upon THESE!

What in the name of cheese whiz and crackers does THAT mean?  Last time I looked in the mirror I was a cat.  Not a dog who likes playing with sticks!!  She claims she was simply seeing if I would be attracted to the scent of wood and outdoors.  The answer is a resounding NO- I AM NOT!  Get rid of that insult!

Purrs and purrayers are lovingly sought for this kitty, a Flame Point Siamese whose name is Sunny.  Here is what his Mom said to a friend of my favorite brother over the Mountains.

"Sunny had bladder obstruction (in ICU for 3 days/surgically inplanted catheter in bladder), passing crystals in his urine and this past week treated for acute onset of hematuria. He is currently receiving IV fliuds daily plus meds. Under the careful watch of his fur mom".

Love to Sunny and his Mom too for we know she is very worried.

That poor boy! I am sending him good thoughts and love for a good recovery.
What was your mum thinking bringing home sticks for you. Did she think you would fetch if she threw them?

Our purrs and purrayers to Sunny, and to his mom.

As for those twigs, Katie...Maybe your mom should have brought home a few leaves or a feather?

Your mom should try cat grass! My Jenna loves it :-)

LOL about mom bringing you a stick. Tell her to bring you a live mouse next time. xo Diana

We’re purring for Sunny and hope he makes a complete recovery. And we’re purring that your mom brings you something more appropriate for a cat, Katie. :)

Dearest Katie Isabella,
Wow, those sticks... I would not want to see them around either!
As for Sunny, hope he fluffs back as well as our Spooky boy did a couple of years back. He was in critical condition but the catheter worked miracles. We also have adjusted his food, and since he has five siblings (3 by blood!) they all get it mixed in. It is worth the extra money as Spooky almost lost his life...
Hugs,
Mariette

We're purring and praying for Sunny to get better. His mommy must be so worried. We will purr and pray for her, too.

As for those sticks, maybe you were just messing with Mom?

First of all we are sending tons of POTP and prayers for handsome Sunny. Those are SCARY things going on with him so here's to return of perfect health for him ASAP. As for your Mom's "trial sticks" I'd say they were an epic fail. I will say this though Katie - as you know I get to go outside on harness/leash with Mom and or Dad and I do occasionally have a bit of a CHONMP on a stick. Good for the teeth. My Mom is loving your Mom's slippers. CUTE!

Hugs, Teddy

Katie Isabella...so maybe your mom was thinking you'd get a scent of the wild or summin' but goodness me...just weird if she expected you to play with them.

Purrs galore for Sunny

LOL if you could, you would roll your eyes at the sight of those sticks, right? Though, Goro would go crazy if he sees such sticks :-)
Sunny is such a gorgeous kitty. I'm so sorry to hear about his condition. Purrs for him and his mom. xo

You should have peed on those sticks- i know you are too much of a lady to do that though. I will add handsome Sunny to my prayer list. XO

Sticks aren't for everybody, KI. I don't care for them at all. I enjoy a nice, civilized stuffed animal, thank you very much.

Best wishes for Sunny to recover easily and completely.

Love and licks,
Cupcake

Sticks? We only hope she made up for that transgression with treats and brushies, Katie!

We'll be hoping for Sunny's recovery and relief for his mom.

Yeah, I think I would be unimpressed with the sticks, too, Katie. It'd be like someone bringing me a tree and expecting me to swing on the branches. You are so far above such things...

But poor Sunny... My thoughts will be with him. The best of luck to him and his mum.

Oh sweet Katie, you made me laugh with your answer to Mom about playing with the sticks. You are so funny. I am sending Purrs and purrayers for Sunny.

Speaking of dog stuff ... if you ever want to see the ultimate look of horror on your Mom's face, roll in something really stinky! Of course, you're a lady - and a gorgeous one at that - so you might not want to mess up your furs ... ~Bear Cat
