Boy, Mom made it a rough ride last night when we went to bed She has a sinus thingy going on and stuffs drips a lot down her throat and makes her cough and cough day and night. It shook me as I laid, or tried to, next to her. Like being on a trampoline I told her as I gave up and left.
Due to blood pressure med, she is concerned about OTC preparations interacting with it as once happened so she's just going along till sinus's quit. I may have to sleep elsewhere. She has no consideration for me at all.
See? I even help her fold the hard-to-do- for-mom's who don't know how, bottom sheets. After three solid hours, I permitted her to finish.

Maybe you need to try licking on your mum's nose, over and over. Then maybe she quit moving around so much or maybe she vacate the bed. No reason you need to leave the bed, have the wiggly one leave! Kitty rights!

The lady who used to be on Law and Order is a spokesperson for Coricidin (remember my spelling isn't always great) which claims to not affect high blood pressure. But I would say really, she should talk to her pharmacist. There's got to be something that would work, and they usually know.
Sorry about your Mom's sinus miseries. Ron is having some pretty bad sinus congestion these days.

My human actually has an easier time with fitted sheets than the flat ones! Probably because we have a king-sized bed, and she tends to get lost in the flat sheets.

KI, it's a good thing you didn't go to nursing school. You may not be cut out for the medical field. Your mom needs to take a teaspoon of honey for the cough. Also gargle with apple cider vinegar every few hours. And eat foods with fresh or dried thyme - especially chicken soup!

I love your hat Katie :) My mom uses over the counter, Coricidin HBP, it is for people on blood pressure meds. I think it is for colds, but it is an antihistamine so it should help. I hope she feels better.

Our Mommy sntorts and coughs and keeps EVERY ONE OF US (including Daddy) up at night! She usually uses those breath-rite strips and cough candies (Her thyroid meds interacts with the meds that would help).
If your Mommy comes up with a great solution, lets mes knows! Mes could uses it on my Mommy! Or wes could just runs away together.
