Kitties! I was asked what are my favorite shows on PBS and I want to answer that. I will also clear up when I watch. Never at night. Then, I am busy sleeping and zooming and soaking up lap time.
I watch only PBS for real and true, and I start in the morning about 9.
I watch "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood" and that is my most favorite of all. Daniel Tiger's mommy and daddy had a new baby tiger and her name is Margaret. So now Daniel has a sister. This Show is base on "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood". Even the theme song is the same, but Daniel sings it. Trolly is there too. I watch it and then Daniel Tiger Neighborhood comes on again right after the first one is finished..
Then I get to see "Curious George" and "Sesame Street"! I love "Sesame Street" better than George but I will watch George. Then I watch "Dinosaur Train" and "Peg + Cat". There you see my faithful favorites and yes, I do watch them. Not 100% of each show. I have other things to do like eat and run and patrol. But I climb into my recliner, rest my head on its arm and watch. If I close my eyes and mom sees that, she will turn it off. I will open them each time she dares, raise my head and look at her. That is all it takes. The TV comes back on and I go back to lowered head watching.
Mom calls them my baby shows.
This is what occupies me otherwise.

LOL- Nothing like a "baby" watching baby shows. Have a wonderful weekend. By the way. Do you know how to tuna fish? You run your paws up and down his scales! xo Diana
Those sound like good shows for you, Katie! Our kitties aren't that interested in television, but when Gracie lies on my chest in the evenings while I am on the couch, I sometimes notice that she is looking at the television. That photo is quite a bundle if kitty cuteness!
I think you have great TV taste pretty Katie!
Those sound like fun shows, Katie.
PBS sounds like fun! We never watch TV here. :-(
It took me a REALLY long time to find your head in this picture. I was scared you really *DID* do that rotating thing like Linda Blair.
The Human says you watch tv just like her father did--he'd be stretched out on the sofa dead to the world, but as soon as anyone touched the dial, he'd suddenly come to and say, "Hey--I was watching that!" Hee hee hee.
I like that you watch TV. Mom loves TV. I don't watch it. I watch Mom. The whole time she's watching TV, I watch HER! Sometimes she says, "Quit eyeballing me, doggie."
Love and licks,
Cupcake
We watch PBS in my house all the time......my Mom and Dad love mysteries and they have a TON of them here....as for me - maybe I should try those baby shows too???
Hugs, Sammy
Sounds like you've got several favorite shows on PBS. I gotta let my boys watch these shows and see if they like :-)
Have a lovely weekend, Katie san!

Oh, baby tigers? Pawesome!
We have been watching a programme on Sumatran tigers on TV from when they were born in Australia and they are now back in Sumatra - Mum is fascinated with it.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
The Daniel Tiger show sounds cool. We will have to see if the Mom can find it for us. Milita likes to watch Meerkat Manor. Have you ever seen that? You has to get it on DVD because Netflix doesn't has it anymore, but Lita always gets so excited when the Mom turns it on for her.
We're going to need to check out PBS especially if Isabella can watch through closed eyelids!
Daniel the Tiger sounds cute :) I used to like to see the Teletubbies even though I am a grown up :)
you have to have the most CLEVER Mama EVER! LOVE how she helps to keep you entertained! No wonder you are such a well-rounded and BRILLIANT kitty! xoxo
Chloe Jo has ADHD, so she could never sit still long enough to absorb this. I think it is sweet. She does like TV, but sports and critters. She thinks its her special window.
I have an elderly friend who buys his cats dvds of birds to watch. When I petsit, I have to play them for his boycats. It is cute.

Come on, own up, Katie! It's the mom who likes those shows really!! You're only interested in the news and current affairs! :) xx
That sounds like a good way to help occupy your day Miss Katie. Oskar and his brother Jester loved to watch TV too and watched PBS and Animal Channel a lot. Jester used to get mad if I changed the channel for Oskar and would glare at me until I changed it back to what he wanted to watch. Oh how I miss those boys :)

We just watch whatever Mummy is watching. Mostly, we curl up next to her on the sofa or if there's no room there, on top of the digital converter (which serves as a tummy warmer) and sleep until She sees a kitty or a Big Cat on TV, and then She calls Us to wake up and take a look.
Lately, She has been watching daily reruns of "Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman". There don't seem to be any kitties in that, only woofies and horsies.
Katie, that is quite something about your tv watching. Mom and Dad's granddaughter doesn't get to watch much tv but she IS allowed to watch Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood and Mom and Dad are entranced by the way it is like Mr Rogers' Neighborhood, because that was the furry best show my human siblings got to see when they were little. They are big like your brovvers now.
You are simply amazing Katie. You are the only kitty we know that does some of these unusual things. M says I'm a real dud next to you, but she loves me anyway.
You have your Mama trained so well Katie!!! We truly envy you. :)
the critters in the cottage xo
