Last evening an hour from bedtime, I was sitting with my iPhone in my hand getting ready to check email, but the password would have had to be entered to use it. Then, I would have to swipe through and find the camera icon, and then I would have to find the photo app out of all the others such as video, etc. Why worry about that? Because of what happened.
Kitties and woofies and mom's, I glanced up in time to see Katie come out of the kitchen standing fully upright ON HER BACK FEET! Hopping toward me! With her arms spread as wide as they could go. She truly hopped about three feet. Right toward me, arms still outspread. Her eyes were like, half dollar sized and she was looking right at me.
At first I was startled as I wondered if was she mad at me. Then I immediately started laughing. She finally lowered herself down to begin hopping on all four feet sideways across the room and back with her back arched all the way up with her eyes still as wide as half dollars, head turned toward me looking straight at me. I laughed more. She got down and attacked her tunnel and all arched up, she went at her paper bag. I got a wand toy and she fought that bag like the warrior Queen she is.
ALL this and not a picture to show. You know how they are. You aim and they quit because these shows only last a few seconds each. I had to call Mariodacat and tell him. Right after I hung up she started again! Who would ever have thought she would do that again?
OK Katie, thank you for letting me take over this once. XXXOOO and treats are coming out for you as soon as I hit send...just as I said they would.

What a show you put on for your meowmie, Katie!!! Mom hasn't seen any of us hop on our hide legs. She said it has been a very long time since she has seen us do the "Halloween cat" pose (arched back, hoping sideways) either. However, she did see 11 year old Serendipity chasing her own tail yesterday!
Oh, for a picture of that.. even better, video! That must have been a pawsome show.
Katie, you are just so cute in everything you do that you even have our mommy wrapped around your paw! We wish we could've seen a picture of you doing that but it was nice of you to let your mom tell us anyway!
Oh sweetie, you are just too too funny! M was laughing hysterically when your mom called. She could hear your mom go screeching and hollering yelling "there she goes again - hopping on her hind legs" They were laughing so hard. We too just wish somehow a picture could be taken of you doing that.
Oh that would have been wonderful to see. You go Katie.

Oh, Katie, you're too funny! We always stop doing things whenever the camera comes out, too. For whatever it's worth, newer iPhone operating systems (the past few years) have a camera icon on he lock screen. You can touch the camera icon on the lock screen and swipe up to go directly to taking photos. This can be disabled somewhere in settings, so if it's missing and you want it, let us know, and we'll get the head peep to find you more information. Hopefully this will help you capture more Katie goodness!

I usually swipe up camera icon on the right bottom corner of iPhone's screen, which brings camera up without password and has helped me capture some good moments. Still, I've missed a lot of moments, too!

Holy moly! Hopping on 2 feet. TW would have panicky that my front paws were broken. She loves when I hop sideways with my back arched but only during the day when she can see me and knows I won’t attack her.
BTW, I don’t care for the Gravy Lovers’ FF but like the grilled liver and chicken feast.
