Two Fings

One is, mommy feels so sorry for Ginger really even though he freaks me out--still she feels sorry for him.

This morning at 0630, she saw a movement in the icy foggy darkness and saw it was Ginger..walking slowly up the sidewalk across the street.  Pitch black out..mid 20's in temperature with icy fog blanketing everything. Still the poor guy was out.  You know his ears and pads were stinging with cold.  His coat is so unkempt.  He may be an older gentleman mommy said. He isn't thin but he is certainly not padded really well.  No tail and just so sad looking.  Someone is feeding him it seems but makes him stay outdoors I think.  Mom did not raise the mini blinds of course (she was peering out of the kitchen door's window) as I  would have seen him and gone bonkers.

Mom was commenting to Mariodacat on the phone several times that my coat is gleaming like it was polished with silk.  It gleams so well that she can see the reflection of her hand on my furs when she holds her hand over them.  'Cause I get brushies and foods and stay inside.  Mom said she would see if there is a rescue group.

The second thing is I got an awardie.  I love this one and I was hoping to get it.  Fanks you Celestial Kitties!

Mommy said she is taking the easy way and copying and pasting the rules. ( It will look b-a-d).

Poor Ginger. Your mum feels sorry for him because she loves all furries. It is sad that he doesn't have people to love him and keep him warm.

Oh, i feel very sad for sweet Ginger kitty. (I know you don't think he's sweet, Katie.) But i think he's probably cold and lonely. He deserves the kind of love and care that you get from your Mom. Every kitty does. I hope she finds a rescue where maybe Ginger can find a good, loving home! :)

Oh I wish I lived closer and could trap Ginger. Do you have a no kill shelter there?? Maybe someone would come and trap Ginger and see if they can find a home for him. That is so sad.
Congrats on your award. Great answers. Have a great Sunday.

Poor Ginger. It just breaks my heart and mom's heart when we see any furrie outside in the bitter cold of winter. Why oh why cannot all furries have a furever home where they are taken care of and kept warm?! Will pray that Ginger stays safe and warm.

Poor Ginger. M certainly understand how your human feels tho. Maybe if there is a rescue group, someone could keep him and he wouldn't have to go to the shelter. It's worth a phone call anyway.

Poor Ginger! If only he had a loving home he would be happy and he would not be bothering you, too!

Spitty-the-Kitty said...

163? Why do I think there might be a story there, darling???

Guess what?? The 49ers are going to the SuperBowl!! (Yeah, I know--I don't really care either but the Humans sure are all a-cited. I can't imagine why--they aren't going and no one's going to give them a share of the winnings or anything. But my Human says it would be SO COOL to have the World Series champs AND the SuperBowl champs that she can't even imagine!!!! Honestly, the things the Humans get all a-cited about.

Tamago said...

Oh now that breaks my heart... It's too cold to stay outside. I'm glad he seems to be well fed, but hope he gets warm home, too.

Your Mommy is so kind to feel sad for Ginger. It must be very hard for hims to live outside in the cold. :( Is there a no-kill shelter or rescue by you that could maybe rescue him and help him find a home?

ConCATS on your glossy coat. And your award! :)

Hugs!
