Baby TV
Mom calls my viewing habits as me watching baby TV. To the far right of me is my recliner with a quilted throw on it. I like to lay in it and rest my head on the arm of the recliner and watch. Sometimes I will watch through my eyelids but if mom turns it off, I rise instantly, glare at her, then at the TV and she turns it back on. I go back to viewing through my eyelids.

We think that's cute and entertaining, Katie, as neither of us notices what's on the TV.
When Nicki was first adopted he seemed to have a short-lived fascination with the device, but he quickly lost interest.
We think you're old enough to watch whatever it is that Miss Katie wants to watch! :-)

Im the only cat here who watches TV much an I only watch TV close up. I watch golf an animal shows mostly. Sometimes Iza will get up an stare at things briefly. The only time Marley gets up on the TV stand is to chase a tossed kibble. MOL! ~ AYLA
Well, of course you would watch birdies! :-) Gracie and Millie pay very little attention to the television. Occasionally Gracie will look at the TV in the evenings when she is on my chest/stomach.
Humans have a hard time understanding the "watching through eyelids" concept. Yet another area in which we kitties are superior.
Rocky and I used to *stand* on the TV! MOL! M did not like that. We never watched it though. The cats that came before us (especially Elvis) used to lay on top of it (way before flat screens) and look at the picture upside down. He was a furry special boy.

HAH! That’s how Gramps used to watch TW—through his closed eyelids. I rarely watch TV but I’ll watch animal videos on the computer.
Saku used to watch hockey and try to catch the puck, and sometimes he likes to watch horse jumping but me and Sami ignore the shiny box.
We all like our cat television, though especially when the crunchy birds are on!

Well I think you should be able to watch what you WANT to watch - after all, you rule the house right? AND, if you want to watch and sleep at the same time (which is one of those talents all cats possess) then GOOD FOR YOU!

Sweet Katie that is cool that you like to watch TV. We see you have bird TV to watch too. I guess moms just don't get it that us cats can watch bird TV through our eyelids. We love this picture! Hugs and nose kisses
We think you have great taste in TV programming Katie. Some of us like to watch the shows with our Mama but sometimes we watch from the table the TV sits on. We especially like to stand in front of the screen just as the show gets to an exciting part. MOL!

I pretty much ignore the teevee. It just seems like it's full of Humans yapping and yapping and I get enough of that from the Human. Sorry to hear your new stove had troubles!! XOXOXOX

I loves it how you watch TV. Now me, I have no interest in it at all. M doesn't know why - the TV is always on in a couple of rooms at least, and she has tried baby shows, but I get nothing out of it. You go girl!
