Kitties! It was terrible. Horrible. Insupportable. Unthinkable. Piteous.
Hands reached into the PTU and gathered me up in a towel, however fluffy it was, I care not one whit. I was being handled! Strangers! Humans who did not love every fur on my body. They held me firmly and assaulted me with determination and no regard for my feelings.
Here is the proof and the truth of the pain and suffering the experience cost me.

It's curious how humans feel this activity is relaxing while it's incredibly horrific for us kitties.

Our Polly Dactyl can relate. We had a pedicure session this afternoon. With so many wonky digits I had to clip toenails growing toward one another! She was not happy but we both survived and she's sleeping now as rain drizzles down outside.
