Kitties, Mommy took several of you furriends advice. You are right. Life is too short to quibble she agreed.
She had to take Brovver back to the hospital today and while there (he's home now) she re-visited the gift shop. A familiar darling she said, simply leaped into her arms.
My bed Kitties and Woofies. No interlopers. Just ME!
Now LOOK! Leo the Jaguar. Mom had thought he was a Leopard. He's not.
Couple weeks ago Katie, l went up to, what we call a Charity Shop... And in there on a bed was a 'FULL' sized tiger with it's cub..the tiger was for sale at £10..the cub for £3.. I had to have them..so Steve the manager let me have them both for £10..So now they are both on my bed, keeping me company at nights..though when l wake up during the night, half asleep, the tigers head frightens the life out of me..staring me in the face..! :).
Leo is lovely, but not as lovely as you of course, Katie! I am glad your mum got him. If you really want something, go and get it! He will make a good snuggle buddy for you.
Well Katie he's rather handsome....and a nice companion....he won't talk back to you if you talk to him.....and I'm sure he won't be eating your food or treats!!!!
I've had to teach some of my Momma's stuffed animals lessons. This is why they are all on the top shelves now. She's such a party pooper. I wasn't hurting them [cough] ... much. I swear. I don't know HOW that rip got there ... I was just looking at that teddy bear and POOF! Stuffing all over the place! ~Bear Cat
Good job to your mom, KI. Mom and I are firm believers in getting things you want without overthinking it. That's why we will never be rich, apparently. Leo looks pretty comfy there.
Jaguar, leopard...poe-tay-toe, pah-tah-toe! The Hubby had a stuffie quite similar to this as a baby...he called it Tigie. When The PO'M showed up in our yard, he wanted to call the cat Tiger or Tigie, but c'mon! That cat is too full of purrsonality for those names.
Dearest Katie Isabella, Your Momma did a great deed as it brings some tenderness and softness during dreary, rainy (flooding!!!) days of winter and some more... Enjoy Leo and snuggle up to him. Love the purrfect bed you are on, such pretty girly embroidery on the sheet... Hugs, Mariette
Katie Isabella...jeepers creepers your domain has been invaded. I guess the GOOD NEWS is you don't have to share your food or donkey. Just your bed Hugs Cecilia
Katie, he sure is handsome and looks as if he might be great to snuggle with on a cold night. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
Oh Katie - your Mama did not get Leo to take your place - and she knows he is not a real kitty. Some of these stuffed animals are sold to raise money to rescue the real animals in the wide wild world that are endangered - like jaguars in the Americas and Snow Leopards in Asia. Please try to get over being mad at your Mum about this.
