Sunday Snoozin'

Kitties, here I am in the PTU again.  I wonder what PTU means?  Mommy?  Do you know?  Can you tell me? I want to know too.

I allowed mom to take this picture but she had to use the flashy thingy on the box on accounta it is a very dark rainy morning and no light.  She tried adjusting the ISO, got yellow looking stuffs and decided "just use the flashy thingy"  (she's lazy and didn't want to do other adjustments).  If you look carefully you can see my tiny tiny front teefs in that first picture.

I so appreciate Jazz Bones (I think it was) who came to see me and several others on mom's own blog that came to see her and she's not able to respond because they use Google+ and Mommy won't join that.  Funny since this is a Google blog spot, that their Google+ won't allow cross commenting.

Have an easy peasy sweet Sunday kitties.

yeah, we call those "Prisoner Transport Units"..... love that you are comfortable enough to sleep in yours. Mo will climb in one if it is out for kittens, but heaven help you if mom tries to PUT him in one. :)

Mommy knew what it meant but she kept it from my tender girl ears..hehehe

You have a very cute paw.

You remind me of a cat I had many years ago. His name was Maxwell Freeman and he was tuxedo with white paws.

Now, I have to go find your Mom's blog ... after I pet Meredith Ann of course.

You look extra adorable in those photos, sweet Katie! The PTU term is relatively new to us. We have always called them "cat carriers" and continue to do so. I am sure that Gracie would immediately go and hide if we brought one into the house (we keep them in the garage) without picking her up first. Millie just might eventually go up to it and inspect it.

We had an idea what PTU was, but we always call it "P U!" for short, hehe

You look very relaxed in your little mesh housie.

It's good that you see the PTU as a Pretty Tuxie Unit and not what so many of us know it by. :)

Get out of there immediately! It's the dreaded Prisoner Transport Unit! Run! Hide!

You are very brave to lie in the PTU, but you look very sweet doing it. We keep well away from out Prisoner Transport Units.
You asked how heavy we are. We haven't been weighed for just over 4 months and we were:
Eric 19.5lbs. Three years ago he weighed 23lbs but he went on a diet and got down to 18.5lbs but has put 1lb back on.
Flynn 14.5lbs and for several years has held his weight between 14 and 15lbs.
Mum is going to weigh us again in the next few days.

I don't know - maybe you should be careful, the PTU being out is usually bad news!

Guess what Katie? I am only telling you about this, so ::shhhhhh::

I have a little leaky eye that seems like it needs some medicine so the Human is going to try to put ME into the PTU tomorrow and take me to the vet. ME!!! I have not been there since I was just a little guy--like 4 or 6 months or something and I am 8 now. The Human has not been able to get me into a carrier and has not even tried for the last four or five years. But I am much more trusting now and I do let her pick me up, so she is hoping it will work out. The vet is being very loosey-goosey about the appointment time--kinda whenever she can get me there. If it doesn't work, then they are going to give her some names of vets who will come to our house though I would not like that either, and the Human is sure it would be a WHOLE lotta green papers! So if I know you are going, then I will try to be brave too. Stay tuned, Katie!!! The funny thing is, my eye does not really bother me at all--I eat and play and run around like it wasn't even icky!! So I really don't see why she's gotta do this...but whatever. I think being King should count for something--but evidently not. Sigh.
