Donkey Going to the V-E-T?

Kitties, I have Donkey ready to go.  I am just waiting on Mom.  Mom was gathering up my babies from the bedroom to bring back into the living room and she could not find Donkey.  Again.  So I had to show her where he was.

I was standing near the PTU and she happened to  (finally!!!) see him.  Like, I've been waiting on action from her since she got UP!  But no.  I have to lead her to where my ailing Donkey was resting, as he waited to go to the v-e-t. He has been hiding some these past several weeks.  A bad sign.

She picked up his poor tired little body and examined him.

She said she didn't think he had to go to the dreaded v-e-t just yet and that she would operate on him again this evening.

I hope all is well after that.  I worry.  I might not be able to keep my foods down if I am worried.

He crawled weakly out of the PTU and I am watching over him here from my girl cave.  There he is at the left...

  12. It was very nice of you to offer Donkey a trip to the vet, KI. He looks fine to me. Just very very very well-loved. Nothing some needle and thread, soap and water, and a good night's sleep won't fix. Lucky he doesn't live here. Mom throws toys away like a lunatic. She's heartless. And possibly demented.

  13. Donkey looks like he's ready to go to pasture....I DO understand because when I went to the Bridge I left behind my beloved (for 17 years) white furry mousie and Teddy has beaten it up horribly - Mom had to perform surgeries on its' tummy as the guts were coming out! HORROR! Anyway, Mom ordered some new furry mousies just like my old one for him. Just in time too!
