Claws and Stuffs

Kitties!  I seem to be feeling better these past few days.  Tiffany, my friend at the Vet Hospital is able to come do my claws for me this weekend she said.  Her broken ankle is far better in mobility now after all this time.  We are happy for her.  She went through so much.

Mom thinks she may be asked to visit other favorite brother over the mountains for her birthday this month.  So she is trying to get me a sitter.  My usual one is expecting two of her brothers to come into town from AZ and from Atlanta. So she is leaving that week clear for them.  She recommended someone she herself trusts for her pets, but that person has yet to return mom's call asking for a meeting.   Brother hasn't invited mommy, yet so no hurry.

I hope I will be soaking in sunpuddles again soon.  That is something else mom noticed that I don't seem interested in them at all.  I have spent so much time in my PTU and then in a chair but no windows or sunpuddles on the floor.  She is hoping I start soon.  She said she will take all the advice about foods.  And fanky yoo.  💗

Always remember that my furriends who ran to the Bridge are in my Rainbow page when they leave the side bar after a while.  And they are always in Mom's heart.

  12. I am glad you are feeling better every day, Katie. It is nice that Tiffany can come to you to clip your claws. My mum does mine. She was surprised how good I was because I only started having it done since I became ill, and I don't walk far now to keep them naturally short.

  15. So happy to hear you are feeling better sweetie. Shhh, don't mention claws cuz M says my hind feet are like razor blades (whatever that is). I don't like it when she does it, but I do behave nicely for D, so she's reminding D now that I need mine done. Thanks a lot friend for reminding M!!!!! he he I owe you for that one!

  17. Do you have a trusted neighbor? Have you asked your vet tech? Of course, these are the two best ways to go, if you can. I have to go back to Mayo next month (not good). I hope to have my friend come in and our vet tech, too. Hugs.

  24. We don't like our people going away but it's also tough for them to organise things so they can go away without feeling anxious. #1 is leaving us on Monday for a week, and everything is in place.

  27. So glad you are feeling better Katie! I think our Moms have a tough time seeing us as we change our old habits and make new ones - it's a reminder that we are getting older (like they are!) and it's hard for them to see us age. But we're just getting BETTER, not "OLD" right Katie? Concats on being a First Commenter on the Teaser - I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!

    Love, Sammy
