I Get a Visitor.

Brovver is coming over this morning.  Just for today and he will leave noon tomorrow.  I wish he would stay and stay.  I totally love him.  He was here when I first came home!  So we go back a long way.

Mom emptied my litter box two days ago and took it outside and washed it down.  She used newspaper to dry it out.  First thing I did was climb in and make a deposit!

Mom really tired her legs and back out a LOT yesterday while working out.  She may skip tomorrow so that she can rest her back most of all.  She's really been going at it.  Like me she gained a bit of weight and she is also trying to be careful eating. I told her my Royal Canin is MINE!

I got mom up at 6!  That's what happens when sun rises early.  I have been getting her up that early for weeks.  She wishes I would not.  I am fairly polite about it this year whereas before, I would pester her terribly.

Mom has to learn how to stretch her calves and hamstrings and be like me.  She's drawn up into a knot!  Lots of weight bearing exercise.  She will google that when I tell her she can.

I missed Box Day kitties. Makes me feel terrible.  Maybe a nice mancat can come over and help me get over it?   Spitty?  Leo?  Austin?  Anybuddy?

  2. Oh, she totally has to find her own food. There are limits to our generosity and nobility after all.

  3. Hope your Mom can get her muscle problems sorted out. Ron probably needs some physical therapy again, but his doctor is not cooperative. Ron also needs a new doctor and should start working on that again.
Glad your brother is coming to visit!

  6. Enjoy your brovver's visit, Katie. Tell Mommy not to overdo things with the exercise. Maybe yoga would be better than the gym.

  9. My human has been working out extra hard this week because she doesn't know how much she'll be able to hit the fitness room at the BlogPaws hotel. She is usually pretty good about stretching. She takes lessons from me!

  10. Dearest Katie Isabella,
That is a very lovely visit to look forward too; enjoy it all together.
Yep, working out at times we all have to for getting our place neat and clean.
Our kitties are spoiled as the garage got 2 fresh coats of paint after it got pressure washed first. Three steps on the wall with carpet so they can jump to the favorite bolstered kitty sill, even when the little Toyota RAV4 is not parked there. They used to jump off the car... Looks so lovely and don't we all do the utmost to keep our felines happy?!
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  13. Ooh! Katie!! You will be spoiled with favvrit bruvver!! Make sure you wake them both up bright and early tomorrow, as it's not fair to discriminate you know ;) I'll let you in to a secret! I very rarely wake my folks up early even in the summer!!! Yep! I have found that early waking of humans leads to much grumpiness throughout the day!!! Letting them sleep in to 0630 means many scritches and tasty treats!! ❤️❤️❤️

  21. Aw brovvers are special. Too bad he can't stay but a minute but I suppose that's better than naught. Our M needs to take a note from your M about litter boxes - especially now that there's two of us here.

  24. I bet your Mommy wishes you'd sleep in, Sweetie. Mickey Mouser and Rufus the Red start waking me up before 6 too. They take turns digging at the covers, tapping on the handles of the night tables, and walking over me. Tag team wake up call!
I bet your brother gave you lots of love.
