Good Grief!

Good Grief Kitties, finally she hauls her sorry heiny back to where it belongs.  Here.  In a chair and me on her lap.

I peed (very small contribution)  in the tubby once...I horked on my white and very pretty and soft knitted fringed throw.  I scattered litter.  I refused to eat much and I was inhospitable Friday night to Gina my sitter.  I did relent afterward as all of my company were here and I needed to make a good impression.

She dared say she had the best time EVER!  EVER, kitties!  Yes, EVER.  She walked into and to and from store after store after store after store and enjoyed every square inch of the places she went to ...  from 0930 till 1600.  They went to the house and stayed stayed a little bit of time.  Long enough to eat.  Other favorite brovver fixed grilled chicken, steamed green beans and a big baked 'tater.  Then durned if they didn't go back out again into the evening to go to another girly place mommy wanted to go.  Brovver was so good  He hauled her everywhere and never complained and went in with her each time.

Mom marveled at what a difference since her surgery.

But hers  is home and cleaning up after the pawty times we had.  Last one to go was Austin who helped tidy up.  We took turns using my monocle too  He looked very distinguished when he took a turn.  Here it is in case you forgot I had one the first time I showed you.  Austin looked SO good.  Spiffy.  Well turned out.

I say, old bean.  Have a spot of tea?

  2. Only home now? And she said she had the best time ever? EVER? Better than times spent cuddling with you? Bet she just said that 'cause how could any time ever possibly be better than time spent with you? So glad you have her home now and you've situated yourself on her lap.

  16. Dear Katie Isabella old bean, I just returned after that amazing shindig at your pad and boy was it good! Thank you so much for letting me try out your monocle! I think I must grow one soonest, as I like looking spiffy! But on you it looks adorable, Queen Katie! ;)

Now, with regard to the clean up operations! I think we were right to leave that bit of yak on the pretty shawl, because if your momma had the temerity to say she had the best time evah without you, then she needs a bit of a wake up call MOL.

PeeEss We won't tell her whose yak it was, right?

PeePeeEss Did you see that Flynn, The Spitster, Mario and I saw off that ginge introoder chappy?! What a shock he had when he strutted his stuff out there in the garden !!! ;-) MOL

    ❤️❤️❤️

  17. Austin looks fab with the monocle.....! I'm glad you have your Mom back under control - it had to be upsetting having her running around and NOT sitting so you could be on her lap. All is well now right? RIGHT?????

  21. Now, Katie, I think your Mom meant she had the best time ever of the times she was away from you. I'm glad she feels better since her surgery, and I'm sure she is glad to be home. No matter how much we enjoy Key West, it is always good to get back home...where our kitties are!

You look great in your monocle!

  22. Sweetie, how dare your mom come back and say it was the best time ever. How could she have the best time ever when you were home alone (well almost alone) suffering because she took off on you. The pawty at your house was great fun. Austin is right, that ginge boy really took off when he heard all of us ganging up on him with our howls. I've never seen a cat run so fast in my life. I bet he won't be back for a few days anyway. M here: You sure have a nice son to cart you from store to store for a whole day. What a great time. From what I hear from Mario, Katie was not as lonesome as what you might have thought! Let's just leave it at that as I promised not to spill any beans over what all they did.

  23. What a cracking good time we had, dear Katie! We understand how you hate to be without your Mommy for so long, and why you had to leave a reminder. Even Mommies have to go do fun human stuff every now and again. M says it's wonderful to hear that she is in great form and feeling good.

Just think: it's even sweeter when she comes home to you!
