Chilly Caturday

Kitties, sorry for my absence over at your homes again.  Mom should be pounced on all night long!  I am growing very tired of her shenanigans---keeping me from commenting.  She will let me read blogs here in her lap but comment..oh noooo.  She jumps up, dresses and does stuffs.  Not MY stuffs!

Today I will slip on my cheerleader outfit to see my team lose to the Oregon Ducks.  We are just  this year newly developing under a great coach so it will take awhile, several years, to get back into winning shape but I will cheer for them this afternoon regardless.

I will make mom put coconut oil on her list for later and see how I do with it..  I will let you kitties know,  The first hurdle will be...will I eat it?  Only time will tell.

Kitties, it's cold in the house as it got to the low 50's outside last night so mom said she hasta get dressed.  I will make my way around to those who visited me.  Love and whisker ticklies.  I sorry I so late.  It's mom's fault! xxoo

  1. Hi Katie, we all eat the coconut oil so maybe you will like it too.
Please give your Mom a big headbump for us. Or hug her if you can figure out how. Our very best to all of you. Take care.

  2. It is getting cold here at night too Katie and Mum is complaining because we won't move off her knees and she says they get set and she can't get up - silly Mum we don't want her to get up!

  3. Humans can be so frustrating. We don't have to wait for our human to type for us, but fat lot of good that does for us to be able to comment. Jan kicks us off "her" computer to do more "important" stuff. *flounces tail*

BTW, we love you in your cheerleader outfit a couple of posts past.

  6. Hi Katie!!
Brrrr that is cold. Mom just stuck her nose outdoors because she wanted to take some pictures of Abby's garden that she worked on yesterday but it was so humid the camera lense fogged up! So we still has the hots. We would gladly share. Mom tried the coconut oil and so far we do not like it. And she was so hopeful. Have a good weekend!!!
    *hugs*

  7. Good to hear from you again, Katie. Humans do get busy with various things. We just got done watering the plants outside.

I hope you do well with the coconut oil, but I have an unpleasant memory involving coconut oil. One time we took one of our cars to have it "detailed"...your Mom can explain that to you :-D... and they "polished the dashboard and surrounding areas with something that had a strong, sort of coconuty smell. It was not pleasant, and it lasted for a long time.

It was chilly here too, last night. Even now, the temperature is only 49F.

  8. Sometimes it's hard to get humans to be unbusy. They just don't get that we have important tasks for them! Stay warm as the nights get chilly. We are still warm down here in Florida and hope not to see 50s for a while.

  10. Hi Katie! It's kind of getting colder here, too. We like these temperatures better than the hots.

We hope you like that coconut oil, and that it helps you.

Good luck to you and Mommy's team. I know they are rebuilding, but sometimes teams have a way of coming together and achieving greater things than everyone thinks they're capable of. :)

    HUGS!

  11. The humans use coconut oil, Katie, but they don't put it anywhere near me so I can check it out!!! Perhaps we should start a neglected kitties club for those of us who have humans that insist on doing their own thing? xx

  12. Ugh, HUMANS lol. It is cold out indeed, hope you and your mom are keeping warm!

  13. Hiya Katie Isabella...you left me a comment that your Momma can't make you a pirate costume for Meow Like A Pirate Day...can I make one for you? I would just go through your bloggy to find a photo I can gussy up a bit...we are not "photo shop" experts, we use online PiZap...but I like what Mom can do with it just fine...send Mom your Momma's email if you want me to work on it for you...lcrodgers at abcglobal dot net

  14. Oh Brrrrrr. That sounds cold!
I really hope you'll like the coconut oil and that it helps. All of us eat it, but that Tutu is NUTS for it! Maybe that's why her furs are so silky and glossy. :)

I'll see you tonight and keep you nice and warm. <3

  15. Wow, it is already getting crispy where you are, Katie! It's still so warm here that my human went out late last night to see some friends play at a club and she was able to just wear short sleeves and no wrap. Paws crossed that the coconut oil works for you!

  17. We is getting cools at night here too, but the days are still getting warms and sometimes even hots!

Sometimes our mom gets too busy for us too and forgets to let us comment. We find a well placed hairball works like a charm, MOL

  18. Oooooo! I love it when it gets cool coz that's when I get the best snuggles! Sadly though, it is starting to heat up in Sydney. Don't let your Mom's knees set, coz then she won't be able to get you any num nums for your tummy!
Fanks for the whisker ticklies......right back at ya! I love those them and so does my mum.

  20. We understand how it goes with our beans - they just fall behind in their blog duties! Stay warm.

  21. As it's gettin' chilly at night, make sure your mum gives you lots of cuddles to keep you warm and toasty. Okay? Okay. Sounds like a plan, don't you think?

  23. Katie, it's cold here too. Today it was only in the 60s. We're not ready for this cooler weather because it means the windows don't get opened. Boo!

Katie, you know we love you whether you visit us or not. :)

  24. Katie, we were so hoping your team would beat those Ducks but they must have got distracted by you in your cheerleader outfit!

  25. I LOVE it when it starts to get cold--but since September and October are our warm months that won't be happening for awhile. The cooler it is the better the snuggling, right? Not that *I* snuggle or anything ;-) Did those Ducks peck your team to death today??

  26. It's chilly here and the windows are still open, but not nearly as wide! Snuggle weather is coming if there every was snuggle weather!

  27. Good luck with the coconut oil Katie.....I'm not familiar with it but I have stolen a bit of fresh coconut on occasion when Mom uses it in a recipe - rather yummy. As for your Mom's lack of cooperation in the blog department - humans are SOOO difficult to train and they need "refresher courses" quite often! I'm sure you can arrange something.... tee hee

  29. Well, sweet Katie we are happy that you got to post we love hearing from you. If your mom likes football the way our Popsy does it may be awhile still yet before you get to leave comments. We will be around though when you do get to. We hope you like the coconut oil and it works for you. Hugs and nose kisses
