Tuxie Tuesday

Other brovver wented home and now another brovver comes here to play with me today!  Yea!

Mom said she was gonna make chick-hen for him tonight.  Now I may...may be persuaded to try some.  I don't seem to want humans fuds at all.  Just my own.  However that doesn't stop mom from offering some of the ones she knows won't hurt me.  Robin, who went to the Bridge some 19 years ago loved scrambled eggs and got her own portion whenever we served them.  She loved bacons too and freshly bakes turkey.  Thanksgiving she got her own meal served in  a bowl just for her.  Minced turkey, a few green peas (fresh) and she enjoyed her meal with the rest of us.  Hopping John loved corn, peas, chick-hen, popcorn and turkey and occasional scrambled eggs. Admiral..nothing, just like me.

Mom gonna look for new fuds for me today.  Wet fuds she means.  A certain brand that was given to me by a friend of mommy's was much enjoyed last night.  Mom will try to find some.

See you soon.

  3. We almost NEVER get human food on account of our peeps bein' a couple of veggies, themselves. You can take that however you wanna.

We do get milk or cream at times. The marmalades don't 'cause they're tummies are lactose intolerant but the rest of us like it. They would like it, too, but can't have it 'cause of the intolerance bit.

Sometimes on birthdays and whatnot, the peeps will buy us some chicken breast already cooked. We like that! Just don't have it much.

Ooohh... have you tried the Friskies tins with the greens? Peep #1 got me some of that when I was bein' held prisoner and I LOVED IT! It's really yummy. Thankfully, ol' peepers decided to get it for all of us, sometimes. Yummy.

    Purrs,
    Nissy

  4. Glad to hear that you two are having fun with the visiters. Also so glad to hear that you like the wet food. Sometimes kitties that are used to dry food won't eat the wet food. Hope all of you have a great day.

  11. I like human food, as long as it is chicken or salmon. I don't like the other, more boring stuff the humans here eat - the green and brownish white stuff looks boring.

  15. Gracie's tummy is bothered by milk now, so we stopped offering emptied cereal bowls to them. So now, they don't get any human food at all.

  16. Sweet Katie, we hope you have lots of fun with your brother.

It's okay to not like human food. Although Moosey is the opposite of you. He thinks his favorite food is whatever the Dad is eating. MOL!

  18. Katie, Tw sez your Mama doesn't know how lucky she is that you don't beg at the table and she shouldn't get you in the habit. When I first arrived here, I never went for human food but now jump on the table when I know the peeps are gonna eat—even when company comes. Eek.

  21. We love chick-hen. Especially Ashton, who is so demanding that the head peep grills a separate chick-hen breast just for us when she cooks in the outside.
