Fe Fi Fo Fum, I Smell Boycat on Mom.

Kitties, when mom came home late Sunday I greeted her indeed but...I smelled boy cat. She reeked of boy cat.  I waited till the next day so as not to spoil our homecoming celebration but I quizzed her the next morning about who was that boycat!  I know there is a boycat I told her! I spent the night looking into the closets, behind doors and under things to make sure she didn't bring him with her.  So far I haven't found him and I admit I can't detect him any more right now but, you never know.

She explained that while she was visiting over the mountains, she went with her son who lives there, to visit his lady friend.  She has a boy cat named Ossie Cat.  A furry handsome young mancat she tells me!

Like I need to hear another cats' praises!  From MY mom, nevertheless!  She hauled out some pictures of him and I have to say, he IS a glorious cat and he certainly has great taste...he loved on MY mommy even though I do NOT approve.  She cheated on me and came back smelling of him!  Here he is atop the fridge in his home ruling his mom.

He has a white tip on his tail and he certainly uses that charming appendage to his advantage.  He beguiled my mommy with it.  She thought it was sooo cute.

That white star like a starfish on his chest is also a beacon to my mommy!  She thinks he is SO adorable with that purrfect five point star there under his handsome face.  Ossie cat used that to his advantage and wormed his way into her heart even more.  The little furred bounder! You can see the star even better while he is on the fridge in the first picture and below in his tree.  Don't worry, he is always supervised while near the stove.

So that's what MY MOM was doing while she was gone.  Cheating on me.   Just sayin'. And all *I* got was a new water dish with strange cat designs!  I told her NO thanks..furgeddaboutit! Put it where I can't see it.

Sheesh!  Moms.

  1. How dare mom take up with a mancat (unless of course that it's me). he he She does have her nerve sweetie. I hope you have punished her so she never forgets the lesson. M, however, thinks that mancat is very very handsome - she loves his bootiful star.

  2. What was she thinking? You know she likes kitties but there is no one who is better than Katie to her. The new dish was a gift to let you know just how much she loves you.

  3. Oh, our human's already fallen for Ossie Cat! He's just a love, she says. Such a handsome, charming fellow, she says.

Katie, maybe you need to be thankful your mom didn't come home with him!!!

  4. Well, he is kinda handsome, Katie. Maybe if she promises not to bring him home and keeps the visiting to a minimum, you could let it slide...

Katie, you must learn that cat lovers can't resist other kitties. That doesn't mean they love you any less. Now, be nice, and snuggle up with your mom!

  10. Katie, unfortunately you can't trust cat moms when they're out and about. My mom visits with alien cats every time she's out shopping for US!

He is a very handsome boy, though. He looks very happy, too!

  15. Well, I must say I am furry relieved your Mom didn't bring Ossie Cat home! He does have a very interesting star under his neck.
Thank goodness he is watched closely when near the stove or his white tip tail might not be so white...

  19. Hmmm, he got style, looks and I bet he's available. I say you should go for it, Katie. You can have him all to yourself and not have to share him with any of us sexy ladycats of the CB. BTW, when TW comes in smelling of boycat, I bite her hand when she tries to let me smell him on her.

  20. That is an amazing star on his chest! Miss Katie, be sweet to Mom, now!

  21. Katie, it could have been so much worse! She could have BROUGHT HIM HOME! OMC!!! Our mom does that to us periodically, and boy, do we get in a snit. Well, ok, Oui Oui doesn't, but the rest of us??? And let us tell you, strange lady cats don't smell any better than strange boy ones. They ALL stink! Just ask Julie.

    On the coconut oil:
About 1/4 teaspoon a day for dander problems.
Maybe start with 1/2 teaspoon a day for backed up plumbing problems (you can adjust of course, depending on how kitty reacts to it). After things start moving, I'd change it to as needed.

Since we love the stuff, the mom lets us lick it off her finger. She might do it a couple times a day until she thinks we'd had the proper amount. Oui Oui's furs are nice & soft with no dander! Carl's are better too, but he needs to go in for a good de-matting. Julie didn't need it but she gets it because everyone else does & she loves it. MMM? Well . . .

  22. Pee S, That new mancat is so HOT! And we love his star, it must be his purrsonality shining through!

  23. Aww Poor Katie! Well, look at it this way: Your mom missed you SO much that she needed to find a substitute while she was gone, of course, it's only a poor substitute, but it had fur and it let her pet it.. You KNOW she'd rather pet you than anyone else!

On a side note, he is a cutie pie and I love his starfish! I'm sure his momma loves him as much as your momma loves you, so no chance that he'll be coming to your house! MOL

  24. It's okay pretty Katie, you know Mom loves only you! Mom has good taste, he is a handsome tabby dude!

  25. Hi again Katie, I forgot to answer your question on the coconut oil! It's hard to figure out a 'dosage' as we weren't told one, just give her some. I've tried to look and it varies. Star gets around maybe a quarter teaspoon I think, but she licks it up herself, I don't measure. One place says work up to one teaspoon per 10 pounds. Star is 6 pounds and the quarter tsp or less is doing her tons of good! So I guess I'm saying.. whatever she'll eat will help! MOL

  26. He certainly is a handsome devil! This could be like a soap opera. Will she see him again? Were there head bumps?

  27. Ossie Cat is a handsome fella. Audrey is passed out here.

  28. While we agree Ossie Cat is very handsome, it is not nice for your Mom to cheat on you. However, we bet Ossie Cat was wondering about that wonderful Katie smell on your Mom's clothes!! We bet he was jealous he could not meet you ;)

  30. You all have made Ossie's mommy so proud!

  31. Katie, our mom says she can understand why your mom cheated. She thinks Ossie is SO handsome! Sheesh, our mom would probably cheat on us too!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Awww. I hope u forgives him, he seems like an okay cat. I think maybe Mom was just being neighborly.

  33. Dear Katie,
Your Mommy was just being polite!
Bes thankful that she did NOT bring that boy home (like MY Mommy did with Kozmo)

  34. You wouldn't mind if she smelled like ME, right??

He *is* pretty cute, says the Human.

  35. Katie, I bet while she was there visiting with the Mancat, she was showing him your picture and telling him how beautiful you are. And I bet that Mancat fell in love with your picture and will pester his Humans to bring him on a visit to you, because you are so-o-o-o beauteous. I bet that Mancat dreams about you every night, because he lost his heart to you. That's what I think - and Caspurr agrees with Me, don't you Caspurr?
    He says "yes" (mol).

  36. But you've got to admit, Katie, he is a bit of all right, even if it pains you to say it! ;)

  37. Katie, he is a really handsome guy. We can't blame the mom for paying attention to him. Glad the Mom had a good time on her trip. Hope both of you have a good day.

  38. Poor Katie...your Mom's been unfaithful - well, she DID come back to you after all so that counts for something right? I have to admit, Ossie is a rather handsome tabby with that star on his chest and those great big eyes.....it's easy to see how he charmed her isn't it?!

    Kitty Hugs, Sammy

  39. We can imagine how hurt you were, Katie, to smell boy cat smells on your mom. But just remember...she came home to YOU! She loves you very much and misses you so much when she's not with you.

  40. If Ossie is the kitty of her son's "lady friend", then he is sort of family. And after all, your Mom did come home to you! He is indeed cute...not as cute as you, of course. :-) Gracie and Millie don't seem to notice any smell of Coco when we return from Key West.
