HUZZAH! HOORAY! YES!!

Mom here taking over the blog one last time I promise (until I come back from the Vet's next week). Here is my little girl.  Asleep in her PTU!  Not ten minutes ago I turned around and she was in it.  I always have it out and open and she usually naps in in every week or so.  That she chose tonight..YES!  Now mind I do throw treats in there each day.  Can't hurt.  But this was just taken.  WHEEEEE!

She got extra lovins from her brovver.  He is stocking up as he'll be gone very very soon now.  She started purring as he neared her recliner to pay her his obeisance.  So, she has had plenty of lovins, kisses, pettings, brushings, combings and just plain baby talks all day long.  Heee.

  3. That's good.
The member of my purr gang who will sit in the carrier is Meredith Ann.
She's also the only one who doesn't mind car rides.
The other four hide under beds and behind shelfs.

  18. Message for Katie. You are definitely made of stern stuff. Uncaring techs do not last long in my experience! xox

Message for Mom. Thanks so much for ploughing through all those old blog posts of mine and commenting too! You are a trooper (sent a message on facebook :) xx

  20. That's grand....she obviously has forgiven her carrier (!) for taking her to the vet....and is purrfectly comfy with napping in it. That's a good sign. All is well in the world! YAY!

  30. I am glad Katie can still nap in her carrier after all that unpleasantness at the vets. That kid really has no business being a vet tech if he doesn't like cats.

  32. Never underestimate the power of baby talk. It's endlessly entertaining for us over here! [We're so glad Teri got you some good names - just in case!]

  34. You deserve lots of lovin', don't you Katie, for your sweetness and beautyousness! She will miss her human brother, but he will be back, of course. Very sweet photo!

  35. Carol, I googled the practices I listed and it looks like Kingston is 23 minutes from you, and they are a 'Gold' Level Cat Friendly practice, just like the cat hospital where I work. That is impressive as they see both dogs and cats, so they have really put in some effort to meet the level. I would try them out.
