Whisker Wednesday (& I gots the whiskers, too)

Kitties!  It's whisker Wednesday.  I like mine highlighted in a sun puddle.  We are lucky and have had three DAYS with SUN!  Unlike the usual incessant rain.

Mommy set 3 traps..no luck so far but...no mouse brought to our bed either.  Mom was so sleepy she just went to sleep and trusted that it would be alright.  It was.

Mom said she would call the v-e-t this morning to make an appointment for tomorrow.  Now the first time (a week after I got here) I went into the PTU to find out about my throwing up, I didn't say a word on being put into the PTU nor a word on the way there or while there.  Scared mommy because she's used to Admiral singing loudly all the way there and before.  We will see how this time goes.  Mom figures I was just so surprised I forgot to protest and the next time will bring drama.

Next weekend after this one, Mommy is leaving me again!  Going over the mountains again.  Unless there is snow.  Who should she wave at on the way to Salemburg and Charlotte?

  5. We sure hope the vet can figure out your tummy. Hope Mom has a good trip over the mountain. She can wave at us if she wants but we aren't that close. Take care. We want an update on the vet please.

  6. That is a very sweet photo of you in your sunpuddle! Kitties have different ways of reacting to trips in the carrier. You will eventually decide for yourself what you want to do. :-) When your Mom goes up in the big loud flying machine (you have no idea how loud they are, sweet Katie!), she could give a mental wave back to all of us. :-)

  7. The first 2 times I went v-e-t I climbed right into my PTU, but not since they took my blood and hurted me. I guess I should feel lucky that both my peeps don't leave me for more than a couple of hours at a time.

  8. Katie you have some mighty pretty and very long curb feelers.

Your Mom will be 3 hours from us so I don't think we'll be able to see her wave.

  12. You know how much I love to groom those gorgeous whiskers of yours. I know about Spitty being bored and depressed but there's no reason for you to go hold his paw, Katie. Leave that to Nellie and keep your paws for me. :)

  21. Those are some long whiskers you have Katie Isabella! No wonder you like to show them off.

Maybe you just don't mind cars. Not all kitties are scared of them. My Domino loves going for a ride and likes to look out the windows at everything that goes by.

  26. Your whiskers is delectable. Thanks for holding my little paw today. The Human is home now and says the Big Work Project is over and she'll be home more now. We'll see.

You know, if you don't mind the car, maybe your Mommy should take you along on her trip!

Also, about the barfing: The Human had a kitty named Booboo. For 19 happy healthy years, Booboo barfed on an average of 2 or 3 times a week. The Human thinks that some kitties is just barfers. Maybe you is one of them?
